Metrics encompass all social media channels, department and BE sites, and all emails sent from Marketo
Events
The Advancement team provides varying levels of support for events across the College. The table above does not include all College events.
Metrics definitions
SOCIAL MEDIA
Impressions: the number of times people saw your post(s)
Reach: the number of unique people who saw your post(s)
Engagement: the number of times people have engaged with your posts through likes, comments and shares, and reactions.
Engagement rate: the percentage of impressions that resulted in an engagement (number of engagements divided by the number of impressions)
EMAIL
Open rate: the number of emails opened divided by the number of emails sent
Click-to-open rate: the number of emails clicked with at least one link clicked divided by the number of emails opened
WEBSITE
Sessions: the browsing session of a single user on your site
Pageviews: a view of a page on your site
