You will gain experience in all phases of design and have responsibility for carrying out the technical and conceptual aspects of design on the projects you manage.

You will expand your knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices via one-on-one time with the principles of the firm and other project managers during impromptu desk discussions and group charrettes. This is balanced with the high level of professional autonomy inherent in a small firm.

In order to be considered for this position, your resume should include the following:

Personal Skills:

Strong sense of Graphic Communication for both Process and Presentation Drawings

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strength in Hand Drawing and/or Watercolor is a strong plus but not required

Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in All Phases of Design work from Pre-Design Through Documentation

Construction Document Drawing

Coordination and Review with Consultants

Drawing of Custom Technical Details

Construction Administration + Observation

Coordination with Fabricators on Production Methods and Materials
