Princeton | Places Urban Imagination Prize: call for proposals
We have launched a new collaboration with Princeton School of Architecture (another member of our academic partner network): the Princeton | Places Urban Imagination Prize for ambitious public scholarship on the theme of mobility justice. The winner will receive an honorarium of $7,500 to produce a major written work of public scholarship for publication in Places and for presentation in a public lecture, sponsored by the Princeton Urban Imagination Center. Proposals are being accepted until October 19, 2020.
Seeking applicants ages 18-29 for the City of Seattle’s Design Review Board and Pioneer Square Advisory Board (one space is currently available on each), through the Y of Greater Seattle’s Get Engaged Program. Must live within Seattle City limits.
The City of Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections, in partnership with the Office of Planning and Community Development, has an intern position available for the Fall quarter 2022. The intern would help evaluate the performance of recently adopted legislation intended to increase the development of Accessory Dwelling Units, including backyard cottages.
