Esteemed UW alumnus Steven Holl reflects on the ideas of UW professor Astra Zarina, memories from the 1970 inaugural Rome program, and early influences from growing up in the Pacific Northwest to studying architecture at UW. This lecture is organized in conjunction with the exhibition Rome and the Teacher, Astra Zarina, on view in Gould Gallery this fall.
*You are invited to join us for this virtual event on October 20th, and to also stop by Gould Gallery to view the exhibit on display between October 4th and November 12th. The gallery is open between the hours of 12-5 Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and 12-7 Tuesdays.*
