Senior Architect
Artisans Group is seeking an Architect or qualified designer/drafter to join the team. We are looking for professionally motivated, self-directed people who are affable and well spoken; with excellent communication and technical skills; organized and excellent at team collaboration. We are currently working remotely, but applicants will need to be local enough to come into the office, make site visits and perform as-built measurements a couple days a week or as required. As an Architect you will: Create and develop innovative design ideas, Develop those ideas into life, Solve problems and overcome challenges, Coordinate projects and collaborate with team members from initial design through plans development and construction administration, Maintain relationships with clients and consultants. Qualifications: Communication, leadership, and organizational expertise, Detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision, Proficient modeling and development of projects in Revit, Proficient in SketchUp. Applicants should have a professional Architectural degree or formal technical training with 2 plus years of related experience. Experience with innovative multifamily and/or commercial development projects is preferred. Experience with Passive House is preferred.
