GM / Bright Drop / UW Urban Freight Lab Design Competition

General Motors Company subsidiary BrightDrop and the University of Washington’s Urban Freight Lab are hosting a Design Challenge, inviting UW students (undergrad/grad) to propose design recommendations and use cases for a new product: the EP1, a motorized delivery pallet developed to make short-distance parcel transport easier, safer, and quicker. The winner (or winning team) will receive a $2,500 cash award and a trip to BrightDrop’s facilities in San Francisco or Detroit, where they will meet with BrightDrop leadership and the see development of new products.
