Urbal Architecture, PLLC was founded in 2010 and has grown to medium sized, award-winning architecture firm located in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood, Portland, Oregon and a new office opening in Bozeman, Montana. The firm’s success has been a direct a result of the talent we have procured, paired with the service and value that we offer our clients. We have an extensive portfolio of residential projects at all scales reaching coast to coast. We are not particular to one city or region, but experts at navigating jurisdictional processes and code requirements wherever our clients take us. We take regional inspiration from each area we are working, reflective in the design aesthetic, and have a proven track record of success in the public design processes. We work in smalls teams, communicate effectively, and keep projects moving through the completion of construction.

Residential Project Manager:
First and foremost, we are looking for a good fit for our office culture. Beyond that, we are looking for a project manager who has a proven track record evolving 50-400 unit residential projects from feasibility study through construction.
Our ideal candidate would have most of the following skills/credentials:
· A professional degree in architecture
· Entitlement and design review experience
· A thorough understanding of the building code and permitting process
· Excellent written and verbal communications
· Ability to create and maintain a schedule
· Great client care skills
· A desire to mentor and lead small project teams
· Able to multitask (our managers always lead more than one project at a time)
· Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD
· Enscape is a plus

Design Professional
First and foremost, we are looking for a good fit for our office culture. Beyond that, we are looking for an open-minded, flexible individual with a strong sense of design who is passionate about learning all stages of the architectural process from early schematic design to construction administration.
Our ideal candidate would have most of the following skills/credentials:
· A professional degree in architecture, either through a bachelor’s or a master’s program
· Excellent written and verbal communications
· Very good graphic skills
· Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD
· Enscape is a plus
