Instructors assigned to teach in Autumn 26 and Winter 27 are expected to bring these courses into compliance before the first day of class, with exceptions made for content that poses some new difficulty.
Based on your experience with your Spring 2026 courses, you are now able to plan your own way to manage the tasks. You may first wish to decide whether to work on one course at a time, or if it would be better for you to do multiple courses in parallel. The next question is your calendar: are you inclined to take on this task in summer, or you will do it in the weeks leading up to the start of each quarter? Conceptualize what units of time are generally necessary for accomplishing the individual steps in the process.
This is an adaptation of a sequence devised in the School of Medicine that might be of some help. If so, you choose the time frames – months, weeks, or days (M/W/D).
