Department of Architecture hourly student job opening
We have an excellent opportunity for an hourly student assistant in the Department of Architecture. Please see the job description and details below:
The Department of Architecture has a job opening for an hourly GRAPHICS / WEB DESIGN STUDENT ASSISTANT. The initial appointment starts in winter 2024, with a preferred commitment through spring quarter 2024.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and built a website for research studios
- Organize, edit and curate student work of graduate seminars/studios
- Post student work on website
- Make content edits to web site as needed
Skills required:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and graphic design
- Experience using WordPress
- Experience and skills in creative/academic writing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish/maintain a consistent weekly schedule
Position Details:
- Salary: $22/hour
- Time commitment approximately 10 hours/week
- Location: Remote work, regular meetings with Professor
- Open to graduate students only
- Work study is preferred but not required (academic year only)
